
Diego will be appearing at this years Bristol Food and Wine fair as part of the Chefs Masterclass Programme. The event takes place on the harbourside from 2-4th July. This year's theme will be 'A classic story with a modern twist'
Diego will be performing between 2.30 and 3.30 on Friday 2nd July, so we hope you can come along and watch him in action, cooking with passion some of the dishes that represent Prosecco Restaurant
